The driver was really nice, super polite, and got me to my destination quickly. I felt relieved because everything went so smoothly, and that kind of calm, respectful experience makes a big difference.

"Pizza was okay, service could’ve been better"
The pizza itself was fine, nothing amazing but not bad either. I called to check on my order and the person I spoke with seemed kind of rushed. They weren’t rude, just not super helpful. It got sorted out eventually, but it took longer than I expected. Overall, average experience

They did eventually fix the issue, so I’ll give them that. But it took longer than it should have, and it felt like someone on their end dropped the ball with the timing. I was left waiting around when this really should’ve been handled sooner

"Quick delivery and still hot"
Ordered from fourstarpizza last night and, uh, it showed up way faster than I thought it would. The driver was sound, and the food was still hot when it got to me. i was just glad it didn’t take ages like some other places do. I’d definitely order again

"Decent pizza, but the place felt a bit messy"
The pizza was fine. Nothing amazing, but okay. I went in to collect it though, and the store didn’t look super clean. Bits of food on the floor, counter kind of messy. The staff were nice enough, to be fair. Still, seeing it like that put me off a bit. I’d probably just get delivery next time...

"Pretty disappointed overall"
I wasn’t happy with my order at all. It felt like one of those situations where they make a bunch of vague promises about things being great, but then the actual experience doesn’t really live up to it. Maybe I just got unlucky, but it was a letdown for me, and I definitely wouldn’t be rushing back.

"Collection took way too long"
I ordered for collection, thinking it would be a quick pick-up because I was already running a bit late, but I still ended up waiting about 25 minutes in the shop. By the time I got home, the pizza was only warm, which was disappointing. I get that the staff looked busy, and maybe I just caught them at a bad time, but they didn’t seem especially helpful either.

"Loads of choice"
I’ve ordered from fourstarpizza.ie a few times now the menu has way more on it than I expected. It’s not just the usual pizzas either, there are sides, dips, desserts, and bits for kids too, which is handy... I like that you can just keep it simple or build your own with whatever toppings you’re in the mood for. Works out well in our house because everyone always wants something different, of course... 5 stars from me

"Missing Garlic Dip"
The order itself was fine, but my garlic dip was missing. It’s frustrating because you expect to get what you paid for, especially when it’s clearly supposed to be included. Not a huge issue, but still annoying when the promise doesn’t match what actually shows up

I stopped in for pizza and asked the staff about allergens, and they were really good about checking everything for me without making it feel awkward. The pizza was great and I felt safe ordering, which I really appreciated. The only thing was I think I came in at a bad time because they seemed busy, but they still handled it well

"Delivery tracking was useless"
I ordered from fourstarpizza.ie and the food was alright overall, so no big complaint there. But the delivery tracking just stressed me out a bit.
It said my order was out for delivery for ages, then suddenly looked like it was still being made again?? I couldn’t tell what was actually happening or when the food was supposed to arrive.
The driver was nice when it finally showed up, which helped, but the tracking really needs to be sorted. Sitting around with no proper updates kind of took the good out of the experience.
